Michelle Xiang
Founder and President
Michelle is a junior at Naperville North High School, driven by a deep passion for student advocacy and leadership. As a firm believer in empowering fellow students, she founded the Youth Leadership Committee at her Chinese school in early 2023, providing a platform for students to amplify their voices, develop leadership qualities in Asian youth, and foster positive change within our school community. In her free time, she loves reading up on current events and biology. She is also an avid Formula 1 fan (forza Ferrari!).

The Student Leaders
Over the past two years, our club has been all about making a difference in our community and school. In the summer of 2023, students from Ray Chinese School and the larger Naperville community joined the first session of the club. We drafted multiple proposals and initiatives for improving our school and community based on our firsthand experiences of what would best serve the student body. Additionally, we've helped host and promote numerous community engagement events for the Asian community.
